When you exercise late into the day, this will release endorphins that can make it more difficult for you to get to sleep. Try to keep your workout sessions as early as possible. This will have the opposite effect since by the time it is time for you to go to bed, those endorphins would have worn off, leaving you feeling tired at just the right time.

This is because the blue light in your phone’s screen can impact the melatonin production in your body, a hormone that causes you to feel sleepy. If you really have to use an electronic device late at night, use blue-light blocking glasses and be sure to put it in ‘night mode’ if this is an option.
